2018 Terra Madre Day Potluck

  • 5 Seasons Brewing Cellar Bar 1000 Marietta Street NorthWest Suite #250 Atlanta, GA 30318 (map)

Join Slow Food Atlanta for a Terra Madre Day Potluck on Monday, December 10th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Terra Madre Day is an international holiday where Slow Food Chapters around the world come together to share a meal and celebrate local eating, food traditions, agricultural diversity and sustainable food production.

Five Seasons Brewery Westside Cellar Bar is our host. This is a Potluck, so each of us will be bringing a dish to share. Beverages will be cash bar.

We will be hearing from several of our Atlanta Delegates who attended Terra Madre Salone del Gusto as part of the US Delegation held every other year in Turin, Italy in September.

So, come spend your Monday evening with Slow Food Atlanta to celebrate good, clean, fair food for all! Sign up to attend and reserve your place today HERE.

If you'd like to volunteer at the event, please sign up here.

Here's directions to the Cellar Bar area-

The 5 Seasons Cellar Bar is located in suite 250 on the lower level of the Brickworks Center at 1000 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Guests will enter the lower level of the Brickworks in between the intersections of Howell Mill & Marietta and Brady & Marietta, down the ramp next to Carvana. 5 Seasons Cellar Bar is in the far left corner of the lower lot, with the patio area in front of the entrance.

And, if you're posting pictures or information about the event on your social media, we respectfully ask you to include the hashtag #terramadre2018 in your posts to help spread the word about Terra Madre.

About Terra Madre Day

Terra Madre Day is a major Slow Food event, celebrating local food on a global scale. Every December 10th, thousands of people around the world organize gatherings to celebrate good, clean and fair food: good quality and flavorsome; clean for our bodies, for animals and for the planet; fair for producers and consumers alike. Terra Madre Day brings together all who share the vision of a food system that supports local economies, that respects the environment, biodiversity, taste, and tradition. A better alternative is possible!
