Thursday, October 23rd

Event: White Oak Pastures Dinner

Enjoy a delicious four course meal prepared by Chef Kevin Gilespie. 10% of all proceeds go to support Slow Food Atlanta!

First Course:
A trio of beef tenderloin
Tartare with oregon black truffles and chive Carpaccio with horseradish emulsion, arugula oil, and pink pepper Beef sashimi with ginger, shaved onion, and hot chile oil

Second Course:
Spit roasted strip loin with Yorkshire pudding, creamed kale, Hakeuri turnips, and natural jus

Main Course:
Slow cooked beef brisket with roasted carrot puree, marinated radish, fried pumpkin seeds and smoked chile jus

Dessert:
Mayan spiced chocolate tart with dulce de leche "semifreddo" and fried banana sauce

Location: Whippoorwill Hollow Organic Farm, Walnut Grove, GA
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

It's green, it's local, it's organic— It's Field of Greens... a full day celebration of farm, food and fun at Whippoorwill Hollow Organic Farm in Walnut Grove!!

Whippoorwill Hollow Organic Farm is a 74 acre certified organic family farm run by Andy and Hilda Byrd. The farm is located 35 miles east of Atlanta.
